The breakfast protein powerhouse! Easiest way to blend in your vegetables tastefully.
Remember to eat the entire egg! The yolk is where most of the protein and benefits are. No you won't affect your cholesterol unless you have specific dietary restrictions or eat an overwhelming amount of eggs, per day, consistently.
#3: Greek Yogurt:
Like oatmeal add fruits, seeds, and/or nuts to create a power packed breakfast that will leave you feeling full and your metabolism kickstarted & ready to go.
Greek yogurt is a GREAT source of protein as well but leave the granola out of it; too much sugar.
Honorary Mention: Smoothie
This new craze is actually a good one if you take note to these few tidbits. A. Switch it up; choose different fruits/vegetables to create a well rounded nutrient intake. B. Add other ingredients to help foster a better (slower) digestive process. Nuts, seeds, nut butters even oats are great additions. They'll help you feel fuller longer while still giving you that morning breakfast burst.
